Delivery Policy

Everything sold here is a service or a digital deliverable. Nothing is physically shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no courier tracking. This page sets out when you actually receive what you paid for.

1. When work starts

Work begins on the start date agreed in writing after payment clears. For fixed-price packages, we confirm the start date within one business day of payment.

2. When you receive each deliverable

• Advisory sessions — scheduled within 2 business days of payment and held at a time we both agree. Written answers follow within 1 business day of the session.
• Security audits — the report is delivered within 2 business days of the testing window ending.
• Development work — delivered to the milestones in the written scope. Source code is transferred on final payment.
• Training — access details are sent by email within 1 business day of payment.

3. How it is delivered

By email, or to a repository or shared drive you nominate. Reports are PDF. Source code is delivered as a Git repository you own.

4. If we are running late

If a deliverable will miss its date, we tell you before the date, not after, with a revised date. If a delay is our fault and you no longer want the work, the refund policy applies.

5. What we need from you

Most delays are access delays. Where the work needs credentials, environments, scoping answers or written authorisation, the timeline runs from when we receive them, not from the payment date.
