Privacy Policy

Rathore Co Solutions is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. This policy says what we collect, why, and how to get it removed. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form

• Name, email address and phone number
• What you need built, your budget range and timeline
• The message you write
• Your IP address and browser user agent
• How you reached us — referring site and campaign tags — so we know which channel produced the enquiry
• The consent you gave, with the exact wording and the time you gave it

We ask for a budget and timeline so we can reply usefully or tell you quickly that we are not the right fit. Neither is shared with anyone.

When you simply visit

• Standard server logs
• Analytics data, if analytics is enabled, in aggregate
• Two small cookies recording how you first arrived and your currency choice

Cookies we set

You can clear these in your browser at any time; the site still works.

Why we are allowed to hold it

• Your consent — you tick the box on the enquiry form, and we record what you agreed to and when.
• Legitimate interest — replying to an enquiry you sent us, and keeping our own site secure.
• Legal obligation — invoices and tax records we are required to retain.

What we never do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an enquiry. Marketing consent is a separate, optional choice.
• We do not share client data between clients, ever.

Who else sees it

• Hosting — our servers, to run the site.
• Email delivery — to send you our reply.
• Payment gateway — if you pay us. They handle card details directly; we never see or store them.
• Analytics — aggregate usage only, where enabled.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become clients: 24 months, then deleted.
• Client records: for the engagement, plus the period tax law requires.
• Server logs: 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email info@yogendrasinghrathore.in and we will act within 30 days. There is no charge, and asking costs you nothing with us.

If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to data portability and to complain to your local supervisory authority. If you are in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you equivalent rights.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is stored in a database that is not publicly reachable, access is limited to us, and passwords are hashed rather than stored. We apply the same standards we audit other people against — which is the least you should expect from a security practice.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If a course enrolment is for a minor, a parent or guardian must make it.
